Mama June Marries Boyfriend Justin Stroud

She’s been a mama for a while, and now she’s a Mrs.!

June “Mama June” Shannon wed boyfriend Justin Stroud during a courthouse ceremony in Georgia on March 23, a deputy clerk for the Wilkinson County court office confirms to E! News. Just five months, the Here Comes Honey Boo Boo alum, 42, was seen getting cozy with the tattoo artist, 34, during an outing in Los Angeles.

Earlier in May, June spoke to E! News’ Daily Pop about how Justin has helped her through tough times, including her past struggles with addiction.

“I met Justin a year ago. He had no idea what I was going through,” she shared. “He was texting me, ‘Hey, how you doing? I was thinking about you today. Hopefully, you have an amazing day.’ And those small little text messages when you’re going through some trauma in your life, you don’t realize how much it is.”

Richard Engel Says Son’s Rare Neurological Disorder Has “Progressed.”

Back in 2018, Richard and his wife, Mary Forrest, opened up about their son’s condition during an appearance on Today. At the time, the couple recalled how they came to learn of Henry’s diagnosis. Richard explained that after taking him to multiple doctors, they made the choice to do a full genetic scan.

“I called the doctor and he said, ‘We found something and It’s very, very severe and it’s lifelong, not treatable,” Richard said, later adding, “It was the worst day of my life.”

And while the family has continued to remain strong against all odds, Richard has recounted better days as well since then.

In an essay Richard wrote for Today published in 2019, the NBC News chief foreign correspondent shared that Henry had called him “Dada” for the first time.

“I finally got a ‘Dada,” he wrote. “It was a long time coming, which made it all the sweeter — an unexpected reward.”

Richard later added, “To parents with typically developing children, a little Dada may not seem like a big deal. But for me it was a validation, an acknowledgement that he’s in there, knows me, knows that his mother and I are forces for good in his life, and above all, that he loves us.”

America’s Got Talent Saxophonist Moves Terry Crews to Tears

Nothing can keep this saxophone player from making it to the America’s Got Talent stage.

Avery Dixon‘s emotional performance on the season 17 premiere of America’s Got Talent on May 31 brought host Terry Crews to tears and brought the Brooklyn Nine-Nine actor to press the golden buzzer.

Terry shouted on his way from backstage to the judges table, “There’s no need to vote!”

“Avery Dixon, you touched the heart of every human being in this building right now,” he said. “And I want to tell you, man, you’ve been bullied all your life, but you tell every bully that you have a big brother named Terry Crews who is here, who’s got your back. And all those bullies are gonna have to watch you succeed, my friend.”

Avery, 21, shared before his golden-buzzer worthy performance that he got bullied throughout elementary school for his voice and shape of his head.

Charlie Puth’s Confessions About His Sex Life Will Grab Your Attention

The Grammy-nominated musician said he doesn’t mind how people react to his content because he’s just being himself and he’s just happy to see people react.

“I would be more offended if somebody opens up my TikTok and they have no opinion about it, if they were indifferent,” he said. “I want them to be either very angry about it or in love with it.”

When he isn’t showing off his sexual prowess on TikTok, he’s giving fans an inside look to how he makes his music. For instance, he took fans behind-the-scenes of “Light Switch,” a song off his third studio album, Charlie.

“I was taking myself too seriously, and TikTok kind of humbled me in a way—some videos wouldn’t do as well as other videos, and some songs wouldn’t be received as well as some other songs,” he said. “I got that information in real time. It wasn’t, ‘Oh, well, I have 16 million followers so I’m great no matter what.'”

Jennifer Lopez Nails Her Latest Manicure With Ben Affleck’s Initial

When it comes to honoring her fiancé, Jennifer Lopez just nailed it.

In a post shared by celebrity manicurist Tom Bachik, Jennifer’s hand now has a new reminder of her romance with Ben Affleck—aside from her giant engagement ring that is.

As seen in the photo, the “Let’s Get Loud” singer’s nails feature a natural base-coat, a gold heart on her middle finger and a “J” initial paired with a “B” initial on her index finger.

Tom captioned the picture-perfect set, “If you know… then you know Jen and Ben forever #couplesgoals for the boss @jlo #nailsbytombachik.”

Likely before these nails even had a second to dry, fans fled to the comment section to show some praise for this loved-up manicure.

One user wrote, “Bennifer forever!!!! I LOVE IT!!” Another chimed in, adding, “This is amazing.”

And Jennifer isn’t the only one who has honored her significant other with a spot on their nails. Just last week, Kim Kardashian shared her hot pink manicure on Instagram complete with a “P” initial made from crystals. Naturally, fans in her comment section pointed out that the sparkling letter was a sweet homage to Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson.

Hailey Bieber Credits This “Game Changer” With Her Mental Health

At the time, the media personality said that being on the app led her to go through “so much comparison.”

“Comparing myself to other people, getting compared to other people, feeling like I need to have this type of body in order to feel good about myself,” Hailey explained. “It can be such a dark hole that you go down, and it happens so quickly and easily. With social media, you click on one thing, and you see another, and then you’re in this weird rabbit hole, and you’re putting yourself down.”

And while Hailey has seemingly taken the journey of self-love by the reins, she noted it’s one that “doesn’t ever stop.”

“I hope I’m on it even when I’m old and saggy,” she shared with the publication. “I hope I love myself then.”

JoJo Siwa Claps Back At So You Think You Can Dance Critic

So you think JoJo Siwa can’t judge?

The 19-year-old recently joined the judging panel of So You Think You Can Dance, but not everyone is, well, dancing with joy.

After a critic took to Twitter to express their disdain for Siwa’s new position—”Dammit. I saw the headline ‘Judge Leaves #sytycd’ and got all excited,” read the tweet, referred to Matthew Morrison’s departure—Siwa had a few words of her own to share. Retweeting the message, she wrote, “Literally why tweet this?”

In a follow-up, the “Boomerang” singer listed just a few the accomplishments she has on her impressive resume.

“18 Years of Dance Knowledge. 4 Major dance TV shows. I’ve hired over 1000 dancers. 16 Dance music videos,” she boasted. “If you don’t like me that’s okay… but if you think I don’t know about dance ya just sound silly.” (ICYMI, she came in second on Dancing With the Stars, mentored rising stars on Siwas Dance Pop Revolution and made an appearance on The Masked Singer.)

RHODubai Cast Reveals Their Favorite Housewives

Caroline Stanbury, who’s close friends with many of her fellow Real Housewives, gave a shout-out to both Vanderpump and Lisa Rinna, along with Dorinda Medley. “I love her,” Caroline said of the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip season two star. “She’s just fun. I’ve known a lot of them for years and years.”

Showing love to The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Lesa Milan named Teresa Giudice as one of her favorite Bravolebrities, in addition to Kenya Moore and Dorit Kemsley. As Lesa put it, “Dorit can dress!”

And last but certainly not least was Chanel Ayan, who gave what’s perhaps the most Real Housewives answer of all: “I think the best Housewife is me, because they’ve never seen me before.”

“After me,” she continued, “I will give it to Jen Shah.”

LeVar Burton Felt “Wrecked” After Not Getting Jeopardy Gig

Turns out Jeopardy! wasn’t all fun and games for LeVar Burton.

Following the death of long-time host Alex Trebek in 2020, the Reading Rainbow star was in the running to be chosen as Jeopardy!’s replacement host. The role ultimately went to former executive producer Mike Richards—who was fired after allegations of sexist commentsand then to Mayim Bialik and Ken Jennings.

Now, the author is opening up about not being chosen for the position, revealing that he was “not just disappointed, but wrecked.”

“Experiencing a very public defeat, humiliation, if you will, was sobering,” Burton told Newsy’s In the Loop in an interview. “I didn’t expect that I would not be their choice for host.”

Part of the hurt had to do with the fact Jeopardy! was Burton’s “favorite game show” that he had watched since he was a kid. “I honestly thought that I was well-suited for it,” he says. “As it turns out, it really wasn’t a competition, after all, the fix was in.”

Jeopardy! did not respond to E! News’ request for comment.
