‘Ridiculous’ Martin Lewis baffled as he’s placed on ‘National Treasure’ Pageant bus | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV

The colourful open-top buses marked the seven decades of Her Majesty’s reign, with images and famous slogans from the time, including “Groovy” from the 1970s and “Girl Power” – brought into the mainstream by British pop icons The Spice Girls in the 1990s.

The decade-by-decade celebrations saw actors, presenters, sports stars and singers, parade London from the top of the buses, while a fleet of more than 200 classic vehicles, including Del Boy’s Robin Reliant and James Bond cars, also followed.

You’re not fighting.’” The Big Lebowski star said that he battled for breath, shook uncontrollably and was in “extreme pain” after contracting Covid in January 2021.

He and his wife Susan, 69, became so ill they shared an ambulance to hospital. Susan was later allowed home. After weeks of agony, Jeff finally started to respond when doctors gave him “convalescent plasma”, a therapy that uses blood transplants from sufferers who have recovered.

Now well on the mend, he added: “Covid made my cancer look like nothing.”

The star has been in remission since last September and is now acting again.

Continuing the Royal theme, Kate clipped back a section of her signature blonde wavy tresses with white, blue and red flowers.

Kate wore a long black maxi satin gown as she posed alongside Charlotte and Bridgerton’s Phoebe Dynevor.

As she posed for pictures the model held up her trail exposing her bright red stiletto heels.

For accessories Kate layered silver necklaces, with one including a large rhinestone.

Meanwhile, Phoebe kept it simple in a black and white spotted summer dress and Charlotte went for a bohemian look.

Kate was just very publicly involved in the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard case.

Appearing via videolink, the model told the court about the time her ex-beau came to her aid after she slipped down the stairs in Jamaica while they were on holiday.

Questioned by Depp’s attorney Benjamin Chew, Moss said: “No, he never pushed me, kicked me or threw me down any stairs.

Rod Stewart poses with family after ‘disappointing’ Platinum Jubilee performance | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV

The snap was shared by Penny following Rod’s performance at the star-studded Platinum Party in the Park to celebrate the Queen’s 70 years on the throne.

The Loose Women panellist posted the photograph to her 156,000 followers with the caption: “Happy Jubilee celebrations #platinumjubilee #family #buckinghampalace #thequeen.”

However, it divided opinion among social media users and many have taken to Penny’s post to share their thoughts.

Beth absolutely loved the show and complemented Rod saying: “He was soooo good!!! Sweet Caroline!! Made me cry!!”

Gillianne shared the same sentiment, adding: “You were fab tonight Rod, love you to bits.”

Debbie also came to Rod’s defence: “The crowd enjoyed it and all you people are rude.”

Speaking to the crowd ahead of his performance, the hitmaker confessed: “This isn’t a fun one to sing but the BBC made me sing it.

“Join in and make it comfortable for me.”

Sweet Caroline had been chosen as a tribute to the Queen by listeners of BBC Radio Two.

Rod’s hesitance comes because the iconic song has become an anthem for Rangers FC – the rivals of Sir Rod’s favourite team, Celtic.

Other acts on Saturday night included Duran Duran, Diana Ross, Queen and Adam Lambert, and Eurovision hero Sam Ryder.

The concert attracted the BBC’s biggest audience of the year, peaking at 13.4 million.

As the Jubilee celebrations wrap up today, a huge pageant is taking place in central London and thousands of street parties are being held across the country.
