‘Hard to pick!’ David Beckham snubs wife Victoria when naming his favourite tattoos | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV

Former footballer and tattoo fanatic David Beckham totted up tattoos in tribute to his four children – sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz and daughter Harper – but seemed to forget to mention the one featuring his wife. When asked about his favourite designs, David sheepishly backtracked to include her.

He had been deep in conversation with his former Manchester United team mate, Gary Neville, as part of his Youtube series, The Overlap.

“It’s hard to pick a favourite one to be honest,” he told Gary of his vast collection.

He mentioned the “kids’ names”, before hastily adding the etching which was dedicated to his wife.

“And Victoria’s [name]. Throw that one in!” the star exclaimed.

David is certainly no stranger to using body art to mark his appreciation for his children.

He carries Romeo’s name at the back of his neck, below a picture of a crucifix with wings.

Meanwhile Brooklyn also has a presence on his neck, via his nickname, Buster.

In a reportedly painful tattoo of an angel etched across his back, he paid tribute to all three of his boys.

One, which carries her name in cursive, describes her as a “pretty lady”.

Yet David wasn’t quite so quick to recall a tattoo mentioning wife Victoria, despite their 24 years of marriage.

Back in 1999 when they first tied the knot, the Spice Girls were still at the peak of their fame and they were considered the hottest and most sought after showbiz couple around.

Though the pair have had their public ups and downs since then, David’s marriage to Victoria seems to have stood the test of time.

Johnny Depp’s popularity dropped during libel trial against Amber Heard, data suggests | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV

A new survey has revealed that Johnny Depp was viewed less favourably during his seven-week libel trial against Amber Heard. The Pirates of the Caribbean actor won the trial after the jury decided that Ms Heard did defame her ex-husband in her 2018 op-ed.

Mr Depp won all three of his claims, whereas Ms Heard won just one part of her countersuit over comments made by Mr Depp’s lawyer, Adam Waldman.

Following weeks of testimony at Virginia’s Fairfax County Courthouse, Mr Depp received overwhelming support on social media from devoted fans.

However, data obtained by intelligence company Morning Consult, reveals that the actor’s popularity has decreased.

The data looked at the opinions of 2,200 Americans throughout the duration of the trial from April until June.

Surveys found that the number of American adults with a “very” or “somewhat” positive view of Mr Depp declined by 12 points from 63 percent in April to 56 percent in June.

The most notable decline was among baby boomers aged between 58 and 76.

In April, 59 percent of baby boomers had a favourable view of Mr Depp. But by June that figure had decreased to 37 percent.

For younger respondents, the decline was much less.

There was a smaller decrease with Republicans, with an eight-point drop from 65 percent to 57 percent.

Nevertheless, the 59-year-old has vowed to “get his life back” after winning his libel suit.

He has been performing on tour with Jeff Beck and the pair will release a joint album next month titled 18.

They have also released a song which details the difficulties of fame and pays tribute to actress Hedy Lamarr.

In the track called, This I A Song For Miss Hedy Lamarr, Mr Depp sings: “Erased by the same world that made her a star.

“Spun out of beauty, trapped by its web. She’s a perfect cocoon, entwined in gold thread.”

The father-of-two promoted the song to his 25 million Instagram followers on Thursday.

He shared a photograph of the 1940s film star and wrote: “Soon…X.”

Twitter user, @LLemonSS commented: “I don’t think it’s c***ish at all. If you support the EU as an ideal, then you support it. If you’re referring to the fact it’s being flown during the Jubilee bank holiday, well the royal family (regardless of your opinion of them) have nothing to do with the EU anyway.”

@Charlbury remarked: “Do try and keep up Jeremy, we’ve had them up since the referendum.”

@nigelx31 tweeted: “That flag’s been up since before the referendum. Not a nose-thumb to Her Maj.”

Union Jack flags, hats, shirts, and bunting – the symbol of the United Kingdom is on every street corner as thousands gather to celebrate the Queen’s 70-year reign on the throne.

Meghan reportedly held her hen do at luxury countryside spa retreat Soho Farmhouse, located in the Oxfordshire countryside.

Ahead of her nuptials, the Duchess spent her last night as a non-royal at the extremely regal Cliveden House in Berkshire.

Adam Woodyatt leaves family house and moves into £100,000 motorhome after BBC exit | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV

Adam Woodyatt, 53, has moved out of his house to live a nomadic lifestyle in a motorhome costing upwards of £100,000, according to reports. The soap star is best known for playing Ian Beale on EastEnders for 38 years.

He bought the Burstner motorhome in order to prepare for a tour of Looking Good Dead last year after he split from his wife of 22 years.

The star admitted he enjoys driving so much, he has no plans to go back to his London home.

Speaking in a new interview, Adam said: “Because of Covid I thought: ‘I don’t really want to be staying in hotels all the time and just living out of a suitcase’.

“I wanted to enjoy it more.

“So I had a chat with Shane Richie – because he has a motorhome for whenever his band are on tour – except he doesn’t let anyone else drive it other than him.

The soap star confirmed that he had become somewhat of a minimalist and realised how little he needed to get by in life.

He told host Kate Thornton on White Wine Question Time on her podcast yesterday (June 10), that most of his life was “in storage”.

The star explained: “I’ve got my coffee machine, my iPad, computer, my phone, my fishing gear, all my cooking equipment.

“I’ve also got my bike – and that’s pretty much it.”

In August 2020, it was announced Adam would be taking an “extended break” from appearing in EastEnders.

The actor had been portraying Ian Beale from 1985, before quitting the show in 2021.

In November last year, he was announced as one of the two annual late entrants during the 21st series of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

He entered alongside actor Simon Gregson and was eliminated on day 18 from Gwyrch Castle in Wales in December, finishing in sixth place.
